Swapping Stories

I love to set up swaps. there are two things that a story needs to improve the one is a critique and the other is a swap. both are needed to bring a piece of literature to where it is publish worthy.
I have never done a blog before but am willing to try. People have lots of questions about swaps so I hope the I can get some hype about it here.
